Kayla McIntosh serves as the director of the ROAR First-Year Advising Center at the 海角登录入口. In her role as director, she is responsible for leading advising and retention strategies to support first-year students as they navigate their academic journey at 海角登录入口.
 
Kayla holds a bachelor's degree in human resource management from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater and a master's in college student personnel and administration from University of Central Arkansas. Kayla joined the 海角登录入口 pride in 2025. Prior to 海角登录入口, she worked in housing and residence life, student conduct, disability services, student success, tutoring, academic coaching, career services, first-year experience courses, and federal TRIO programs. Kayla is a proud first-generation student.
