  • For campus-wide emergencies that affect the entire campus (My.海角登录入口 outage, Blackboard outage, Banner outage, etc.), call 479-788-7460.
  • The voicemail message provides information on how to reach the personnel on call outside of normal office hours.
  • The Service Desk cannot assist with password resets and hardware or software issues outside of the normal operating hours. 
  • The Information Technology Service Desk provides support for faculty, staff, and students Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 7:00 pm

Faqs

When you log in to My.海角登录入口 from off-campus computers, we recommend using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome web browsers. During login you may receive a pop-up prompt asking for your login credentials. If so, please follow these instructions.

If you receive a 鈥淲indows Security鈥 login prompt:

Students
  • Enter 鈥渟tudent\鈥 plus your login username
  • Example: student\jsmith99

Employees
  • Enter 鈥渦afs\鈥 plus your username
  • Example: uafs\jsmith99

If you receive an 鈥淎uthentication Required鈥 login prompt:

Students AND Employees
  • Enter your username and password and click the 鈥淥K鈥 button

海角登录入口 uses Microsoft accounts that allow students and employees to reset their campus passwords. Once you have registered two or more authentication methods for your 海角登录入口 Microsoft account, without having to contact the IT Service Desk.

If your password is not working and you have NOT registered two or more authentication methods to your 海角登录入口 Microsoft account, please call the IT Service Desk at 479-788-7460 between 7:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and the staff will be happy to assist you. 

海角登录入口 operates two wireless networks on campus: 海角登录入口 and 海角登录入口-Guest. Students, faculty, and staff should always connect their devices to the 海角登录入口 network. The 海角登录入口-Guest network is for temporary use only by authorized visitors to our campus (those without a campus network login). Do not connect your devices to any other wireless network. 

Guests using the 海角登录入口-Guest network will be required to self-register. Registration requires a valid email address and mobile phone number that can receive text messages. Registrations are good for 24 hours.

IMPORTANT: All users of the 海角登录入口 campus networks (both wired and wireless) agree to abide by the 海角登录入口 Acceptable Use Policy.
 
They also agree to keep their computers updated with the latest operating system and anti-virus updates.

If you are having trouble logging in to My.海角登录入口 or other campus technologies, please first verify that your 海角登录入口 credentials are working properly. You can do this by logging into the Microsoft .

If you cannot log into the My Account page, please use the to recover your account.

If you cannot reset your password, please call the IT Service Desk at 479-788-7460 between 7:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and the staff will be happy to assist you.
